The occupant agrees not to store gasoline, gas of any kind (propane, natural, etc.), oil, fuels, grease, paint, flammable items, explosives, fireworks, ammunition, toxic or corrosive waste, drugs, alcoholic beverages, perishable or non-perishable food and any living or dead creature.
Storage units should not be used for vehicle maintenance purposes.
It is forbidden to smoke or drink alcohol on the property as well as inside the storage units.
The tenant must provide their own lock.
The tenant must keep the premises clean and not damage the walls and doors. In case of damage (hole or other), $50 will be kept by Mini Entrepôts Bélec from the initial deposit for each damaged panel.
The rented space must not be used as a dwelling, workshop or to run a company.
The customer must notify Mini Entrepôts Bélec in writing, by email or phone, of any change of address or phone number.
Building exteriors are treated for spiders, earwigs and ladybugs.
Mini Entrepôts Bélec reserves the right to change the rates for storage units upon 30-day written notice or email to the customer.
Mini Entrepôts Bélec also reserves the right to establish or change its operating hours or to publish, by a formal written act, changes or amendments to the regulations and procedures relating to safety, maintenance, cleanliness of the premises or storage space order.
