Lease terms
Unless otherwise stated, the premises are available at all times, 24/7.
The perimeter is fenced and surveillance cameras are installed throughout the site to ensure the security of the premises. All circulation and storage areas are lit.
The tenant must provide a lock to lock their storage unit and obtain a property insurance. It is possible to add your storage unit to your home insurance. Otherwise, we will be happy to recommend a local insurer offering a solution based on your situation.
In order to simplify rentals, we offer monthly or annual leases, which will automatically renew each month unless a cancellation notice is provided. Fifteen (15) 15 days’ notice is required in order for the cancellation to be effective before renewal.
Boats, cars and other motorized vehicles are not permitted unless agreed in advance. Contact us to discuss it. It is also forbidden to store animals, plants, waste or hazardous materials.
